Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering Flowers
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery to Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette, Glenview, and other nearby areas for orders placed before 1:00pm. For orders after 1:00pm, please call us at 847.864.0632—we can often accommodate late same-day requests. We can also offer express delivery via a package service for an additional fee.
What areas do you deliver to?
Our local (same-day) delivery area includes Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette, Winnetka, Northfield, Glencoe, Rogers Park, and Glenview. With 24 hours’ notice, we also deliver to Chicago and suburbs as far as Libertyville, Geneva, and Homewood. You can view a map of our delivery radius here.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We do our best to accommodate time-sensitive requests, but exact delivery times can’t be guaranteed—especially for non-local orders. For funerals or events with strict timing, please call us directly to coordinate: 847.864.0632.
Can I customize an arrangement?
Absolutely! All of our arrangements are made-to-order using seasonal, fresh flowers. When ordering online, feel free to include preferences for color, mood, or specific flowers at checkout—or give us a call to chat about your vision.
What if I don’t know what to send?
We love helping you choose! Our designers are happy to offer suggestions based on what’s in season and the occasion you’re celebrating.
Do you deliver to hospitals or funeral homes?
Yes. We frequently deliver to hospitals, funeral homes, and other venues. Please include as much detail as possible, including room numbers or service times, and call us if delivery is time-sensitive.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If no one is available, we’ll try to leave the flowers in a safe spot or with a neighbor, and we’ll always notify the recipient via phone or text. If we can’t safely deliver, we’ll contact you and/or the sender to arrange a redelivery.
How do I take care of my flowers?
We provide care instructions on the back of every fresh arrangement’s delivery tag. Flowers should be kept in a cool place away from direct sun or warm drafts. Empty the water and refill the vase all the way to the top with cool, clean water every other day. Pull out expired stems and trim the existing bouquet to help it last for days and days!
