Our Wedding Process

We know that each wedding is special and holds its own meaning and significance.

In lieu of packages, we work with you to create a custom plan for your big day. Our typical booking process is outlined below.

**Please note: Our minimum for full service weddings is $4,000 and our reccomended client budget is $7000-$9000. Below is the process for large-scale events such as weddings with multiple components (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception).

For smaller events, including elopements, corporate events, baby showers/sprinkles, mitzvahs, funerals, and celebrations of life, please contact us directly at 847.864.0632 to discuss your specifics.

We Make Flowers the Easiest Part of Your Wedding

  1. Fill Out Our Wedding Questionnaire here. This helps us get to know you and your floral vision!

  2. Discovery Call
    Saville’s owner + lead designer, Mark, will reach out in 5-7 business days to set up an in depth conversation to discuss your needs and ensure we’re the right fit.

  3. Proposal + Mood Board
    We’ll create a custom, itemized proposal based on our discovery call with a unique-to-your-vision mood board.

  4. Review
    Mark will set up a time to talk through the details of your proposal, customizing everything down to the last detail. You have 7 days to review your proposal and get back to us with any questions.

  5. Booking
    Once approved, we require a 25% deposit to move forward and lock in your date.

  6. Complimentary Mockup
    3-5 weeks out from your wedding day, you are invited to visit us at the shop for a mockup of your bouquet. We’ll make any final adjustments with the freshest, most in-season blooms.

  7. Final Payment
    Final payment is due 14 days before your wedding date.

  8. Enjoy Your Big Day!
    You can count on our design + events team to hand-deliver your gorgeous wedding flowers, make sure everything looks picture perfect and be available to you throughout your big day!
