We know that each event is special and holds its own meaning and significance.
In lieu of packages, we work with you to create a custom plan for your big day. Our typical booking process is outlined below.
**Please note: Our minimum for full service weddings and events is $4,000 and our recommended client budget is $7000-$9000. Below is the process for large-scale events such as weddings with multiple components (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception).
For smaller events, including elopements, corporate events, baby showers/sprinkles, mitzvahs, funerals, and celebrations of life, please contact us directly at 847.864.0632 to discuss your specifics.

Discovery Call
Saville’s owner + lead designer, Mark, will reach out in 5-7 business days to set up an in depth conversation to discuss your needs and ensure we’re the right fit.Proposal + Mood Board
We’ll create a custom, itemized proposal based on our discovery call with a unique-to-your-vision mood board.Review
Mark will set up a time to talk through the details of your proposal, customizing everything down to the last detail. You have 7 days to review your proposal and get back to us with any questions.Booking
Once approved, we require a 25% deposit to move forward and lock in your date.Complimentary Mockup
3-5 weeks out from your wedding or event day, you are invited to visit us at the shop for a mockup of your bouquet or main floral centerpiece. We’ll make any final adjustments with the freshest, most in-season blooms.Final Payment
Final payment is due 14 days before your wedding or event date.Enjoy Your Big Day!

I ran into a flower emergency three weeks before my wedding, when my original flower designer flaked out on me. I sent an inquiry to Saville just to see if they could do a bridal bouquet on short notice and they were immediately responsive!! I attached a couple Pinterest ideas, noted the color of my dress and the flowers I did and didn't want, and let them go to work. My bouquet was STUNNING!! And the price is on par with any bridal bouquet for probably about 4x the quality. They even managed to find some tulips, my favorite flower! I hadn't asked for them, because it's not tulip season, but somehow they knew to include them! It's been 4 days and my flowers still look beautiful. I got SO many compliments. A+++ for design, value and service!!

Mark went above and beyond to make our wedding decor outstanding. The spread was absolutely stunning and even beyond what I had in mind. Mark met my vision and then added to it!
